CableSafe™ Guarantee

For additional peace of mind, ProWarm™ will also exchange damaged cables free of charge, promptly and without fuss, thanks to our unique CableSafe™ Guarantee.

Should your heating cable become damaged during installation; if you cut or damage the heating mat/cable before installing your finished floor covering, simply return the damaged mat/cable to your retailer within 28 DAYS of purchase, accompanied by your original dated sales invoice. Please note that this only applies to one mat or cable per invoice

Why wait for a repairer? As soon as we receive the damaged item, we’ll arrange for next day delivery of a mat or cable of the same size.

*Bewarm™ underfloor heating cables and mats come with a Lifetime Warranty providing they have been installed by an Approved Electrician in accordance with the IEE 17th Edition wiring regulations and the installation conforms to Part P of the Building Regulations 2005. The installation must be in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines and the relevant warranty certificate has been completed and registered online at www.prowarm.com/register within 28 days of completion of the works, any failure to do this will result in a void of guarantee. The lifetime warranty is non-transferable.
